Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We use the following delivery services: InPost (across the territory of Poland); UPS, DHL, FedEx (across the world)
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
ARPLATFORM.PRO is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
ARPLATFORM.PRO is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide, if your country is not displayed at checkout, please contact us at sales@arplatform.pro
Returns Policy
The warranty period for the product is 2 years, the warranty does not cover the physical wear and tear of the product as a result of using.
We aim to provide the highest service levels for all of our customers. If the merchandise you received is defective, or not as you ordered, please contact us for a quick resolution.
Unwanted Product: If you are dissatisfied a refund will be provided if we are notified within 10 days of receipt and the products are returned in new, re-saleable, unmarked condition and in original packaging. The products must be returned within 14 days of invoice date.
Exceptions
This policy and warranty are non-transferable. The warranty is voided if the products are amended or altered in anyway, misused, or if they are not in accordance with these instructions. Please contact us if you experience problems not outlined in this policy. Atypical matters will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
